I am the author of Our Brave Foremothers: Celebrating 100 Black, Brown, Asian, and Indigenous Women Who Changed the Course of History (Workman/Hachette, 2023).
I am also the founder of Brave Sis Project, which offers history, learning, awareness, and sisterhood for BIPOC women and their friends.
In addition to serving as a leader at a global strategic advisory firm, I am honored to serve as a thought leader and trusted adviser to individuals and organizations in my own right, from the local to global. Visit my About page for recent writing, my bio, and other information. Or click over to Brave Sis project to learn about recent workshops and facilitations.
I delight in engaging with individuals and groups interested in moving beyond DEI and into lasting, sustainable mindset- and power-shifting to create lasting equity, justice, and liberation - through cohorts and online events ("Brave Sis Project Beloved Community School,") and through social media #sistory lessons. Join me in July for the Interracial Sisterhood Retreat in San Francisco!
Relationship building and co-creating are the joy of life. I look forward to being in touch.
